I started this business 1992 with only a handful of products, & LOTS of love for our "four mutual friends"! I can't believe we are celebrating our 20th year, and I thank all of my wonderful customers who have made Cathy's Closet such a success! We have had so many exciting milestones over the nineteen years from being on the 50th anniversary I Love Lucy show on CBS when Dick Van Dyke introduced the I Love Lucy collectibles, to being pictured in the Official 50th Anniversary Book acknowledging us as the first I Love Lucy store on the planet! Other memorable moments include the tons of radio and television interviews - to meeting friends and family of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz - and so much more! Can I tell you I even have a brick from Lucy and Desi's front porch in Beverly Hills~! :) -- Yes, it has been much fun, enjoyment and fulfillment of a dream for me to be a part of this wonderful group of people, including my awesome and sweet customers!!!
