Order Information and Return Policy

Order Fulfillment

Lucystore.com strives to ship out all orders within 24 hours of order placement. The majority of all products are shipped from our Chicago warehouse. However, some large and custom built items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only on the same day you have placed your order, and only IF your order has not been shipped nor inventory allocated. All backorders and preorders may be canceled at any time prior to picking.. No order is deemed canceled until you receive an email from lucystore.com confirming that your order has been canceled. If you attempt to cancel your order and it has already been picked or shipped out, any subsequent return would fall under the lucystore.com Return Policy. See Below.

Sales Tax

Lucystore.com is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to the state of Illinois All other orders will not require collection of sales tax

Order Status

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipping method and the tracking number.

Return Policy

Our standard return policy is as follows: If, within 30 days of order receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s).  We do not refund shipping fees.

All returns must be in like new condition in its original packaging in order to qualify. If returns are received in used or damaged condition, no credit will be given. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for consumables, wigs, costumes, Happy Peppy Gift Bundle items, or cosmetics.

If you decide to return a product that you had previously purchased, you must fill out the form included with your order and include it with the returned product. If you have lost or misplaced this form, it is important to include with your return the following information: Order Number, Name on order, Why you are returning the product.

Prior to shipping your return, please send an email to returns@lucystore.com with the subject line: "Return - Order # (Your Order Number)". You will be sent a return authorization as a reply to your email. If you return your purchase without receiving an authorization, your return may be delayed or declined.

Once lucystore.com receives your authorized return, please expect up to two weeks to receive credit. If you prefer a direct refund instead of store credit, please indicate this on the return form or authorization email. Your refund will be less any shipping charges incurred and a 15% restocking fee.

Your refund will be given as a credit to your original payment method. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased using a gift certificate, you will receive store credit as your refund.

If there was an error in your shipment, or if you received a damaged or defective product, please call us within 10 days and we will connect with you to resolve the issue.

Vintage Items

As the Legendary Lady of Comedy has been popular for decades, many antique and vintage items have been made and are no longer manufactured. LucyStore is proud to feature many of these items for sale to all of our Lucy Loving Customers; please note that Vintage items may in some cases be previously owned and show signs of age, marks, scratches etc. If you have specific questions on a particular item, feel free to contact LucyStore directly and we will do our best to provide you with more details on any of the items we offer for sale.
