All expedited orders will ship same day if ordered prior to 2PM Central Time. All orders will ship from the Chicago, IL area (with the exception of a few framed art pieces and custom orders). Most orders will arrive between 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment if shipping to the West Coast and will arrive typically between 3 and 5 business days from the date of shipment if shipping to the East Coast.
Shipments are delivered via USPS. Larger, heavier packages may ship via FedEx or UPS (with delivery days of Monday through Friday) and all other packages go via the United States Post Office. No signatures are required for all shipments sent via UPS and U.S. Postal Service. It is in lucystore.com's sole discretion as to which carrier is used in any instance.
Delivery times may vary as orders may be shipped from more than one location and certain items could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Item delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas and shipments to remote locations may also take longer. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Outside the Contiguous U.S./International Shipping: For any order shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas, additional shipping charges will apply. A customer service representative will contact you in such cases. The system may charge you shipping based on Canadian rates, however, depending on the country, you may be charged additional shipping charges. All government fees, including customs duty and tax, are the responsibility of the customer. If outside the U.S. and Canada, you will need to use PayPal as the means of payment.
Shipping to the UK - UNITED KINGDOM ORDERS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED - We are sorry to inform you that as of Jan 1, 2021, the United Kingdom (UK) has required a 20% value added tax (VAT) be added on all orders oversees. Due to this new implementation, we will no longer be accepting orders from the United Kingdom.
No shipping fees will be refunded to you if you choose to return your order, nor do we pay for shipping on exchanges.

What are the shipping delivery options available for my order?
Standard shipping for most items is via USPS (United States Post Office). If expedited shipping is required you will need to call our Customer Service number as additional charges will apply and will be based on shipping choice and US ship to location. Most of the large or bulky items can only be shipped via motor freight, and such products are noted as such on the product page.
How do I calculate when "Next Day" and "2nd Day" order are expected to arrive?
All orders placed after 2pm Central time will shipped the next business day. Next Day Air deliveries are expected to arrive at your door one business day after the date of shipment, and 2nd Day Air deliveries are expected to arrive two full business days after the date of shipment. Weekends and major holidays do not count as a business day. So, for example, if you place your “Next Day Air” order on Thursday at 3pm prior to a three-day holiday weekend, your order will not arrive at your door until the following Tuesday. Lucystore.com is not responsible for any expedited delivery orders placed that do not ship out within 24 hours of order placement.
What do I do if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier?
If your order is broken or damaged, refuse delivery (if possible) or, at a minimum, note such damage on the delivery slip and call Customer Service at 1-844-LUCYSTORE. You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging, and pictures might be required.
